SPECIFIC RULES – WIN A DUCATI PROMOTION
GENERAL
These are the SPECIFIC RULES (“Specific Rules”) of MotoGP Guru’s “Win a Ducati Promotion” (“Promotion”) as offered by [WePlay Media LLC] (“WePlay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and these Specific Rules constitute a legal binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and [WePlay Media LLC] (“WePlay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) concerning your participation in the Promotion.
In addition to the Specific Rules, please refer to the general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions” and together with the Specific Rules, the “Promotion Terms and Conditions”) on our website motogpguru.com (“Website”). If any Specific Rules conflict with the Terms and Conditions, the Specific Rules will prevail.
WE ARE ONLY WILLING TO MAKE THE PROMOTION AVAILABLE TO YOU IF YOU ACCEPT THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE OR ACCEPT THE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE SUCH PARTICIPATION IMMEDIATELY.
WE MAY AMEND THESE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME BY POSTING THE UPDATED PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THIS PAGE. BY CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION AFTER THE CHANGES COME INTO EFFECT MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE UPDATED PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
This Promotion is available to participants who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry into the Promotion (an “Eligible Participant”).
There is no fee payable to enter this Promotion.
In order to participate in this Promotion, you must:
visit www.motogpguru.com and create a user account;
check the “accept terms and conditions” and the “Enter the Ducati Promotion” on the home page; and
complete a round of the game by choosing the MotoGP riders whom you believe will prevail in each of the listed MotoGP World Championship event.
ENTRY PERIOD
The entry period will commence upon the launch of the www.motogpguru.com website and will conclude at the commencement of the final race of the [MotoGP World Championship season in Valencia, Spain on the [XX] of November, 2023].
The winner of the promotional prize, Gresini Racing Ducati, (“Prize”) will be announced immediately following the conclusion of the race at approximately 4:00 PM 26th of November 2023.

CHOOSING AND ANNOUNCING THE WINNER
The winner will be drawn randomly from all entries by our representative and announced through the MotoGP social channels and on the social channels of the MotoGP Guru and the Website.
Any correspondence with each winner will only be via the phone number and email address provided during initial entry.
The winner must be an Eligible Participant.
If it is determined that the winner is not an Eligible Participant or has breached any of the rules in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, a new winner will be selected until such time a valid winner is found.
VERIFYING THE WINNER
The winner must produce a passport or valid national Identification Document with photograph to be able to claim the Prize.
Any correspondence with each winner will only be via the phone number and email address provided during initial entry.
The winner must have a valid Gryfyn Wallet at the time of announcement and in order to claim the Prize.
If the winner does not produce evidence in accordance with paragraph 5.1 above to verify their identity, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected until such time a valid winner is found.
DELIVERY OF PRIZE
The Prize will be delivered to the winner at the headquarters of the Gresini race team on a date to be agreed with the winner.
The Prize does not include the cost of transport and each winner is solely responsible for his or her own transportation costs and any other related expenses for the claiming of the Prize.
On the day of claiming of the Prize, the winner must provide his or her valid proof of identity.
The winner will receive the Prize and any accessories removed from the Gresini Racing Ducati motorcycle to make it trackable and which may be used to return it to its roadworthy condition.
The winner must agree to participate in promotional activities with us and our partners including but not limited to video, photography, press, social media and other forms of promotion.
The winner is solely responsible for the transportation costs and any other related expenses for the transportation of the Prize to his or her home.
TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES
The prize winner is responsible for all import duties, taxes and any fees levied by their government in the movement of the Prize to their home country.
The winner will be solely responsible for any costs of registration, insurance and or warranty of the Prize.
A CASH PRIZE AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE PRIZE
In the event the winner is from outside of Europe the default prize will be a cash prize (“Cash Prize Alternative”) instead of the Prize. The reason for this is that the cost of exporting the prize, duties and taxes would exceed the value of the prize.
If a winner’s identity has been verified and there are no grounds for disqualification, the winner may provide a PayPal address and we will pay to the winner an amount of USD$20,000.
If there are restrictions on the amount of money a person may receive through PayPal in any one transaction, the cash prize alternative may be made in multiple transactions to the sum of USD$20,000.
FEES AND TAXES
The winner is entirely responsible for any and all taxes or fees associated with the acceptance of the Prize or Cash Prize Alternative.
RELEASE OF CLAIM ON PRIZE
Should the winner accept the Cash Prize Alterative, he or she must agree to execute a release disqualifying him or her from any claim for the Prize.
In the event a Cash Prize Alternative is awarded, we will retain ownership of the Prize.
